• Slide powerbank into pink pouch provided.
• Insert strap through battery pouch.
• Plug belt power cable into battery.
• Adjust strap comfortably (one size fits all)
• Operate with buttons on the front of the belt
• CAUTION: HOT. Highest setting can reach up to 145°F
